Create a button on your Google Site like [Leave a Review] and add the above link, so that your client can leave a five star review on your business.
Also, you can get the 'See all review' link from google search. Search your business on google and notice the google map info on the right side pane. Discover 'View all Google reviews' link and just copy the link, create a button and link to it.
Add Google Review Widget
You can easily add Google Review to your website. Go to your business on Google Maps, click reviews tab and click the share button to get the url of the review.
And then just copy this link to your google sites with 'Embed' option. You can click the 'Gear' icon and change options to show or hide image, title or description.

Third Party Google Review Widget Worth it?
There are tons of third party Google Review widgets available, the most benefit is that it gives you the dynamic carousel style feed that you can browse and update with the latest reviews. But the downside is that most of them come with paid subscription or free with their brand badge.
